Rückzahlung zeitnah erhalten

Meine Ware wurde leider von Amazon Logistik nicht geliefert. Laut Sendungsverlauf wurde die Ware geliefert/ bzw. wird geliefert.
Da meine Ware nicht geliefert wurde, setzte ich mich mehrmals mit Geekmaxi per Mail in Verbindung. Geekmaxi war sehr bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. In kurzer Zeit überwies Geekmaxi das Geld auf mein Konto zurück. Vielen Dank!

No support after purchase

I recently purchased a remote control for my ACGAM T02P treadmill. Unfortunately, I'm unsure if the remote is incompatible or if there's an issue with the treadmill itself, but it's not functioning.Order reference: S2404060116612 .

I've attempted to contact customer support to return the item and request a refund. I've sent two emails, but the live chat option is constantly unavailable, and I haven't received any response. This lack of communication is frustrating. If you expect customer support, I wouldn't recommend buying from this store, as they seem unresponsive to emails and inquiries.

After the complaint, they finally answered my email. They sent me a pairing step-by-step, and it actually worked. Now I am happy to keep the product. They should have sent this with the product. I am changing the review from 1 to 4 stars because of how long it took to answer me. It is frustrating to try to contact a company every day, send emails, and receive no response, and then, after a complaint, it's like magic—someone answers you.
