No support after purchase
I recently purchased a remote control for my ACGAM T02P treadmill. Unfortunately, I'm unsure if the remote is incompatible or if there's an issue with the treadmill itself, but it's not functioning.Order reference: S2404060116612 .
I've attempted to contact customer support to return the item and request a refund. I've sent two emails, but the live chat option is constantly unavailable, and I haven't received any response. This lack of communication is frustrating. If you expect customer support, I wouldn't recommend buying from this store, as they seem unresponsive to emails and inquiries.

After the complaint, they finally answered my email. They sent me a pairing step-by-step, and it actually worked. Now I am happy to keep the product. They should have sent this with the product. I am changing the review from 1 to 4 stars because of how long it took to answer me. It is frustrating to try to contact a company every day, send emails, and receive no response, and then, after a complaint, it's like magic—someone answers you.
