Road approval: the Escooter JOYOR Y8-S has received a general operating permit (ABE,eKFV) from the Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA). The JOYOR Y8-S electric scooter is therefore approved in Germany for road traffic (roads and bicycle paths). E-scooters are not only legally approved in Germany, but also in most European countries such as Austria. E-scooters may be approved in road traffic, you can take out insurance and get a number plate.
