1. Geekmaxi applies the warranty period of twenty-four (24) months (start from 14/2/2020) on all products. Except it is assumed by EU law Geekmaxi cannot be held liable for a warranty period longer than the period as defined by the manufacturers and suppliers. Geekmaxi respects the rights and claims the Customer has in possession.
2. When a product has a defect within the warranty period the please contact us via support@geekmaxi.com a return form will be send to you. After the form has been approved, the product can be returned for repair. For a defect within the warranty period by the customers own doing Geekmaxi will give an estimate of the repair costs that includes material and labor plus the costs for return shipment. If the previous statement is true, any costs, which came into being will not be compensated by Geekmaxi.
3. Warranty on products will be rendered void when:
3.1 The warranty period has expired
3.2 Inappropriate usage
3.3 When the product is not in its original state, for example due to modifications
3.4 When the product has been used in combinations with accessories that not support the product.
3.5 Unsupported software or firmware
4. When a defect has been caused by the customer the costs for the repairs and shipment are for the customer to bear.
5. Warranty on all products only applies to the main unit.
To request a repair please write an email to: support@geekmaxi.com.
Give the failure description with a short video or photos with also the serial number and the invoice (PDF).
Upon receiving your Email, we will respond within 24 business hours.
Orders can be returned within 14 days upon receiving. Before returning the return form on should be filled out and send. After approval by Geekmaxi returns can be made providing that the items are new and in original packaging complete with all accessories and manuals. The customer is responsible for good packaging. After Geekmaxi agrees to your request for returning, please send back the product and provide the tracking number and tracking query link to Geekmaxi within 7 days. Otherwise, the request will be processed as expired.
For returns under warranty, the same form is to be used. The return form can be applied for via support@geekmaxi.com
Geekmaxi offers EU return service to customers, our repair center and return warehouse are located in Poland.

1. ALL WARRANTY SCOPE IS NOT COVERED UNDER ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE.
2. GEEKMAXI CAN NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER WITH CoC OR ABE etc.DOCUMENT.

Product Appearance Problems

Painted surfaces and scratches should be confirmed at the time of signing. The logistics company will not be responsible after acknowledgement receipt has been signed. Free repair service can be considered depending on the severity of the scratch if reported within 14 days of the purchase. |
Human Factors |
Product collision, unauthorized modification, electronic device water ingress, overloaded use, commercial leasing, etc., is deemed to be damaged by human factors and is not covered by the warranty. |
Product Specification Updates |
The product will be continuously updated and while the it updates without affecting the main function: |
a. Due to product upgrades, parameter changes will no longer be notified to customers. |

b. After upgrading the product, the customer will be deemed to have confirmed 14 days after signing. |

Unauthorized Disassembly |
a. Disassembly of batteries, controllers, motors, etc. is prohibited, and private disassembly and modification will not be guaranteed. |
b. Special circumstances require the manufacturer's consent. |

Customer Returns & Exchanges |
E-scooters accept the return of new products within 14 days, and the second-hand products must be deducted the corresponding damage fee within 14 days for return. |
E-bikes cannot accept the return of new products within 14 days. |

a. In case there'll be main functional issues for the purchased item, it can be covered under the 14-day return policy. |

b. Must contact us that verifying all the required information. Customers are required to clearly indicate quality problems with pictures or videos. |

Missing parts or accessories |
In case there'll be any missing parts or accessories in your order within 7 days, customers are required to clearly indicate the missing item with pictures or videos. We will provide either a replacement or the missing in part or accessories in question. |
Appearance Defect |
In case there'll be any appearance defect in your order when dead on arrival (DOA), customers are required to clearly indicate it with pictures or videos within 7 days. Please contact us immediately. We will help you contact the manufacturer. |
Product Mileage |
a. During the E-scooter product test, our tester used 55kg weight, traveled straight on the flat road at a constant speed, and braked less than 3 times to make the battery discharge uniformly and obtain the corresponding test parameters. |
b. Due to different usage conditions such as load, riding habits, speed, road conditions, temperature, etc., it is normal for the cruising range to deviate. |

Judgment & Controversy on Quality Issues |
Customers who encounter product quality problems first need to provide effective pictures and videos based on customer service guidance. |
For product quality disputes, customers need to send the product back to the manufacturer for testing, and ultimately the manufacturer's testing results or a third-party testing agency shall prevail. Non-quality problems, the round-trip freight is borne by the customer. |

Repair Warranty |
Manufacturer may use rebuilt, reconditioned or new parts and components when repairing any product. Alternatively, we may replace the defective product entirely with a rebuilt or reconditioned product. |
