In Auto mode, the program adjusts automatically: speed changes every minute, and direction changes every three minutes across P1–P12 modes. For elderly users, levels 1–4 provide gentle, low-speed exercise and relaxation.
Forward & Backward
Provides more targeted exercise for the front and back of the ankle and thigh muscles, helping boost circulation. The LCD monitor tracks time, distance, counts, and calories burned in real time, and the included remote control lets you adjust settings without bending over. Ideal for the elderly and people with limited mobility. For safety, please use the elliptical machine only while seated.
Mute Setting
The ROBORE pedal exerciser is equipped with the latest mute system (<15 dB), ensuring an ultra-quiet workout even at high speeds for worry-free use. When plugged in, you can long-press the Power button to turn off the screen, or long-press the Direction button for 1.5 seconds to cancel the sound prompt (two beeps will confirm). Repeat the same steps to restore normal sound.
