The A40630 laser module uses Nichia laser diodes with an optical output power of 6.5W. It features NEJE’s exclusive FAC optical compression technology, producing a smaller and more focused laser spot for higher cutting efficiency. This module supports engraving and cutting on various materials including wood, MDF, leather, foam paper, plastic, anodized aluminum, stainless steel, and other metal surfaces. With a maximum engraving speed of 18,000mm/min, it easily handles everything from detailed paper engraving to thin plate cutting.

High Stability Structure

The entire machine is built with precision metal CNC construction and reinforced with high-strength aluminum alloy joints to improve stability and prevent errors caused by vibration during operation. Combined with NEJE’s refined control algorithms, it achieves engraving repeat accuracy up to 0.01mm, ensuring every creation is finely reproduced.

Wireless Connectivity and Comprehensive Software Compatibility

NEJE 5 supports full-scene wireless control, allowing remote operation through NEJE Win software or NEJE Android/iOS apps. With NEJE’s proprietary “Bridge” and “REC” features, it provides wireless compatibility with popular software like LightBurn and LaserGRBL, enhancing operational flexibility and enabling multi-device coordination. Even without a computer, file transfer and engraving execution can be completed via mobile devices, enabling true offline creation.

Intelligent Safety Protection System

Equipped with a built-in gyroscope sensor, the device automatically stops running if a collision or tipping occurs, preventing potential risks. It also uses advanced non-mechanical limit switch technology to improve system stability and extend service life. The protective filter lens blocks over 95% of laser light even at full power, ensuring eye safety during use.

Quiet and Reliable Operation

Featuring an intelligent temperature-controlled fan system with a high-efficiency 10,000 RPM cooling fan, the device dynamically adjusts fan speed according to workload to effectively reduce noise and temperature rise, while prolonging the equipment’s lifespan. It also supports low-light mode for direct focusing and positioning, making it easy for beginners to operate.

Easy Maintenance

The module supports TTL/PWM control and is compatible with various interface standards including 3-pin and 4-pin, facilitating connection to other devices or motherboards. An optional tester board allows PWM frequency and duty cycle adjustment. It supports mainstream operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android to meet diverse usage environments. Additionally, the A40630 module supports high-pressure air assist (maintenance-free needle tube structure), further improving cutting efficiency and edge quality.
