THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE REMOVING THE SPEED LIMIT OF YOUR M1 PLUS GEN 2 / Upgraded M1 PLUS

The upgraded M1 Plus can not only meet your daily riding demand, but also satisfy your desire for exciting cycling by breaking the original speed limit. Your M1 Plus Gen 2 is able to reach 100km/h after getting rid of the default speed limit, which is as fast as a car and as powerful as a beast.

Before freeing your e-bike from the initial speed limit for an exciting speeding experience, here are the things you should know and follow.

HOW TO SET A NEW SPEED LIMIT?

Your M1 Plus Gen 2 requires simple operations to remove the starting speed limit.

Step 1 - Turn on the LCD dashboard.
Step 2 - Long press both the “+” and “-” buttons to enter P01 menu.
Step 3 - Short press the ON/OFF button a few times till it shifts to P08 menu.
Step 4 - Short press the “+” or “-” to change the speed limit. The default value is 25km/h. Short press “+”, and you’ll get a higher speed limit. It can be altered within 0~100km/h.
Step 5 - Long press “+” and “-” again to save the change and go back to the main interface.

WHAT ARE THE LOCAL REGULATIONS FOR THE SPEED LIMIT OF E-BIKES?

Before you eliminate the original speed limit, it’s vital to learn the local rules about the speed limit of electric bikes. According to EU regulations, electric bikes are limited to 25km/h (15.5mp/h). If EU regulations are applied and implemented in your country, please obey the e-bike laws and don’t set the speed limit higher than 25km/h.

IS IT UNDER WARRANTY AFTER REMOVING THE SPEED LIMIT?

For your own safety, we don’t suggest you remove the initial speed limit. The warranty of your Eleglide bike will be void if you deactivated the 25km/h limit for a higher speed. And you’ll be liable for all the loss and damage caused by your own behavior.

If you’re aware of all the rules above and well-prepared for cycling beyond the speed limit, then go enjoy your thrilling trip with Eleglide M1 Plus Gen 2!

Please note that there are 2 versions of the display, which are shipped randomly (the display is not specified).
Note:

Please read the local regulations about the electric bike before purchasing this product.
Please read the following "warranty& return terms" before purchasing this product.
For safety reason, please do not ride on rainy days, and not soak the electric bike.
Please charge the electric bike regularly in winter. It is recommended to charge it once a week to avoid damaging the battery.

Bike for chilly drivers or hobbyist

At first i have to say, that that bike is very cheap n its hard to get those components for that price, so im happy with it. But bike needs lot of work when u ride it lot. ive driven it it now 2500km so far. front gears ran not smoothly at first till i fixed it with cheats. the brake calipers are not safe, had failure many times and i had to work on it many times... if ur not braking hard n drive very defensive it may works, but brakes are one of of most important things, those brake calipers not made for safety brake. the bowls inside run crazy at my bike and made my front or rear brake unusable from time to time till i fixed it again. im updating bike with new brake calipers now. At start front- and rearwheel had a bit a eight, rearwheel also had a highstroke, i repaired it. After 1000km there was knocking sound coming from engine from time to time, getting more often. So now i opened rear tire n engine, there were some loose screws and i dont know, but after rebuilding bike engine works without weird sound. LCD Display stopped showing real battery voltage yesterday, it shows battery is empty while its refreashed, but gladly bike not addicted to Display, so it runs while Display thinking theres no voltage. The seat is very hard when ur riding 50km plus. Still, its a very nice bike for the price payed.
