Signal Selection
1. Press the “signal” button on the charging station, the indicator will be switched to S2.
2. Turn on your Robot mower, push the mower into the charging station, after 5 seconds, the mower will be switched S2 automatically.
If your mower can not be switched to the right signal after stay in the charging station, signal switch could be set manually. 1. Press and hold the button ”6H” and then switch on the mower for 5s, after 5 times beep, signal is switched from S1 to S2. 2. Press and hold the button “3H” and then switch on the mower for 5s, after a long beep, signal is switched from S2 to S1. For the detailed information, please find in the page 9 in the user manual.
Mower Turning Around
If the robotic mower is turning around in the middle of garden, please check and ensure the following:
1. The signal between charging station and the robotic mower are the same (S1 or S2);
2. The signal indicator in the back of the charging station is stabilized on. 3. The direction of the charging station is placed in the correct direction.
Stopping and not mowing
If the robotic mower is staying in the middle of garden, wheel is rotating but not mowing, please check if beneath the mower, there is a hole or stone. Normally the robotic mower could pass small obstacles but the large ones could not easily pass on. At the same time, please also check if the grass is too thick and too high. The robotic mower is used for maintenance the garden, but not replace lawn mower completely. The grass height should be around 60 mm for robotic mowers to do her job.
Bluetooth Enabled
The Bluetooth function is enabled automatically once the robotic mower powered on. You could simply search the robotic mower in CloudHawk App and pair it by following instructions on the App.
